Bioactive solution for enhanced tissue formation & remodelling
Tropocells® PRF
(Platelet Rich Fibrin)

Tropocells® PRF is an autologous polymerised fibrin scaffold that consists of large quantity of platelet cytokines, growth factors and chemokines.

Tropocells® PRF creates a fibrin scaffold in which growth factors and other bioactive materials interact to stimulate the healing process. The pure Tropocells® PRF is generated following platelet activation, with the platelets becoming trapped within this matrix.

The advantages of Tropocells® PRF over common PRF methods include ease of preparation and application, minimal expenses, and the absence of biochemical modification (no bovine thrombin or anticoagulants are required).

Why Choose Tropocells® PRF?

Tropocells® PRF (Platelets Fibrin Matrix) offers the same superior qualities that have established Tropocells® PRP as a market leader in pure PRP technology:

High Platelet Concentration

Ensures optimal platelet yield for enhanced regenerative effects.

Elimination of Undesired Erythrocytes

Removes red blood cells that can inhibit fibroblast proliferation and promote cell death in vitro.

Enrichment of Mononuclear Cells

Promotes anabolic effects, enhances collagen production, and supports infection resistance.

Reduction of Granulocytes

Minimizes catabolic effects by significantly reducing these white blood cells.

Optimized Platelet Concentration for Enhanced Healing
  • A natural blood clot contains 5% platelets, 95% red blood cells, <1% white blood cells, and large amounts of fibrin strands.
  • Tropocells® PRF clot contains 95% platelets, < 1% red blood cells, and 1% white blood cells.

Tropocells® PRF maximizes the delivery of growth factors and bioactive materials, promoting more effective tissue repair and faster recovery.

Key Functions of Tropocells® PRF
Promotes Tissue Regeneration

Tropocells® PRF contains a highly concentrated mix of platelets, growth factors, and white blood cells that naturally stimulate the body’s healing process. By supporting the regeneration of soft tissues, bones, and skin, Tropocells® PRF accelerates tissue repair and recovery.

Slow Release of Growth Factors

Unlike Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), Tropocells® PRF forms a unique fibrin matrix that releases growth factors slowly over time. This sustained release ensures extended healing benefits, making Tropocells® PRF ideal for conditions requiring prolonged and gradual recovery.

Improves Wound Healing

Tropocells® PRF is frequently used to enhance wound healing, whether post-surgery or in patients with chronic wounds. It promotes the formation of new blood vessels (angiogenesis) and stimulates collagen production, helping tissues heal faster and more efficiently.

Reduces Inflammation and Enhances Recovery

The bioactive molecules present in Tropocells® PRF help reduce inflammation and pain, facilitating quicker recovery from injuries, surgeries, or other treatments. This makes Tropocells® PRF a powerful tool for speeding up the healing process and improving patient outcomes.
